Phuket's main immigration office is in Phuket Town, near Saphan Hin. There are smaller counters elsewhere on the island for some services.

Some services only, mainly 90-day reports. Call the main office before you go.

How the queue works
- Take a numbered ticket for your service (extensions, 90-day or re-entry) and wait for it on the screen. Tickets can run out on busy days.
Tips
- Arrive early from November to March and around holidays.
- Dress formally: closed shoes, shoulders covered, no beachwear.
- Your first 90-day report after arriving has to be in person. After that you can file online.
