How it works
Who runs it
I'm Joshua. I live in Chiang Mai and I built Thai Life Admin. Living in Thailand comes with a lot of dates: 90-day reports, extension windows, re-entry permits, TM30, TDAC, and since 2024 Thai tax on money you bring in from abroad. Each rule is simple enough, but they interact with your trips and renewals, and they change. A missed one can mean a 2,000 THB fine or a cancelled extension. This site keeps track of them so you don't have to.
If something here is wrong or out of date, email me at joshua@joshuasnitgen.com and I'll fix it.
How your deadlines are worked out
- You tell us your visa type, your 'admitted until' date, when you last arrived and your passports.
- Our rules engine applies Thailand's rules (and your home country's, where we cover it) to those facts.
- Log trips and documents and the dates follow: the 90-day clock resets when you travel, re-entry permits appear before trips, passport problems surface early.
- Mark something done and recurring items, like the 90-day report, are recalculated from that day.
Where the rules come from
Every rule is checked against official sources: the Thai Immigration Bureau, the Revenue Department, Thai government portals and home-country tax authorities. Every deadline links to its source. Rules were last reviewed on 16 Oct 2026. When Thailand changes something, we update the rules and everyone's dates update automatically.
Where we estimate (for example, a visa-exempt stay length when you haven't entered your stamp date), we label it "estimated". Your passport stamp always wins.
What this isn't
It isn't legal, immigration or tax advice, and we don't file anything for you. Immigration offices sometimes apply rules differently. Confirm with your local office if anything is unusual.
Your data
We store your answers, document types and expiry dates, and your trips. No passport scans and no document numbers. You can delete anything at any time. See our privacy policy.
